Terms of Service

  • Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given back to me

  • Artwork cannot be claimed as your own. (unless you're paying for the full copyright)

  • MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.

  • DON'T RESELL MY ARTWORK IN ANY TERMS

  • You are not allowed to claim/remove my signature and/or watermark.

  • I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales, or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, I will post your commission to other sites but credit you for ownership of the character.

  • All finished pieces will be sent through the client's Email or Discord.

Payment

  • Payment FIRST! but DO NOT send money until I say so

  • Payments only accepted via PAYPAL INVOICE or GCASH, as of now

  • You are purchasing for personal use only. If you are looking to have the rights to create merchandise or have the full copyright, it will cost extra (price discussed will range around 1.5 or 3 times the price of the illustration).

  • NO REFUNDS, unless I am unable to fully complete the commission.
